As a Field Sales Associate, you'll be paired with a seasoned sales mentor who will guide you through the ins and outs of the position. With this mentorship, you will learn the ropes of prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales within the Health Club market accounts across North Texas and Oklahoma.

This is a remote, field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers 3+ days per week across the North Texas and Oklahoma territory. #LI-Remote

As our Field Sales Associate, you will:

• Meet assigned sales targets and objectives for profitable growth within your territory, while being supported by your mentor within the first year of employment.
• Develop and maintain business connections with organizations and customers across your territory, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
• Proactively sell Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products and services, coordinating the seamless installation process for your clients.
• Track and manage customer data and sales progress using Salesforce (SFDC), reporting regularly to your Regional Director.
• Learn everything you need about Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products, industry trends, and the competition in order to provide the best solutions to your customers.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, forecasts, and sales reports, and submit them in a timely manner.
• Complete required training to ensure ongoing professional development and attend sales meetings for continued growth.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Field Sales Associate:

• A Passion for Fitness & Sales: A desire to build a career in the fitness industry and develop as a sales professional.
• Sales Experience: 1-3 years of direct sales experience or similar experience in client management/business generation.
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is required.
• Location: Must reside in North Texas (Forth Worth, Dallas) or Oklahoma City
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Salesforce.com or Oracle is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
• Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $47,500 - $64,800 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Dallas, TX and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.
