As a Field Sales Associate, you'll be paired with a seasoned sales mentor who will guide you through the ins and outs of the position. With this mentorship, you will learn the ropes of prospecting, relationship-building, and closing sales within the Health Club market accounts across North Texas and Oklahoma.

As our Field Sales Associate, you will:

  • Proactively sell Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products and services, coordinating the seamless installation process for your clients.

  • Learn everything you need about Life Fitness / Hammer Strength products, industry trends, and the competition in order to provide the best solutions to your customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, forecasts, and sales reports, and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Complete required training to ensure ongoing professional development and attend sales meetings for continued growth.

What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Field Sales Associate:

  • A Passion for Fitness & Sales: A desire to build a career in the fitness industry and develop as a sales professional.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of direct sales experience or similar experience in client management/business generation.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Location: Must reside in North Texas (Forth Worth, Dallas) or Oklahoma City
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Salesforce.com or Oracle is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $47,500 - $64,800 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Dallas, TX and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength's Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary. The amount of any commission and bonus varies based on attainment of individual performance goals and other relevant factors, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.This position is eligible to receive a mobile allowance to offset the costs of using a personal cell phone for business related purposes.

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time team members, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match; medical, dental and vision insurance, parental, medical and military leaves of absence, paid time off, including 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid vacation days beginning at 13 days annually, paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, company paid short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance, hospital indemnity; identity protection, legal services, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, employee discounts, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions.
