We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on face-to-face interaction, follows through relentlessly, and closes with confidence and integrity. Our service area is the greater Toledo and immediately surrounding areas. You’ll represent a differentiated brand, a proprietary eco-friendly premium concrete coating solution and related products. You’ll be meeting homeowners, property managers, and business owners ready to transform their spaces with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowner leads.
  • Conduct consultative selling that consistently results in one-call closes
  • Educate homeowners on product features and installation options
  • Prepare clear and accurate estimates using our systems
  • Ensure our CRM (ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, or similar) is kept up to date daily, including pipeline status and notes.
  • Follow up with customers until you close open opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven residential home improvement sales experience (flooring, coatings, windows, bath remodeling, or similar)
  • Strong history of one-call closes and high conversion rates (45%+) for in-home estimates
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity in everything you do
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
  • Open to feedback and working together to improve offers, scripts, and sales techniques
  • Highly organized and disciplined with CRM and follow-up processes
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and enjoy being on the road
  • Available weekdays and some weekends to visit customers
  • Aspirations to grow into other roles (e.g., Sales Manager, General Manager)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
