ABOUT THE ROLE

One Call Groundworks is a growing residential lawn care company based in Broward County, FL. We're looking to add a dependable contractor to work on residential lawn maintenance routes through Broward County.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Mowing residential lawns
• Edging walkways and driveways
• Line trimming around beds, fences, and obstacles.
• Blowing properties clean before leaving
• Loading and unloading equipment at each stop
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor around clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Reliable attendance
• Strong work ethic and pride in finished work
• Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, not required
• Your own transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida heat
• Spanish or English fluency — either is fine

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

That means:
• You are responsible for your own taxes.
• You'll sign a short subcontractor agreement and submit a W-9 before starting
• You'll receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC at year-end
