This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, facility leadership, and corporate teams to ensure a smooth and positive transition from offer acceptance through the first day of employment.

This is a non-HR position focused on onboarding coordination, compliance, communication, and new hire support. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
