This role sits at the intersection of program management and learning operations, ensuring that curriculum-based programs are successfully deployed, adopted, and sustained at scale. The position owns ongoing program execution, reporting, communications, deployment strategy, and field engagement, while building the operational infrastructure required to support multi-level technician development pathways. Under limited supervision, this role partners closely with Learning Leadership, SMEs, Field Service leaders, instructors, and LMS/Training Operations teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through structured technician training programs. Ownership** (40%)* Own end-to-end execution of ongoing technician training programs (e.g., COSV) across Service and Controls* Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence
