• Provide clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and emotional disorders through remote consultations and community interactions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' needs, employing evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link clients to necessary services, coordinating with family members and healthcare providers to facilitate a supportive network.
• Deliver crisis interventions as needed, offering immediate support and facilitating appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, conducting individual, group, and family therapy as required.
• Monitor client progress by managing caseloads, ensuring compliance with treatment plans, and timely reporting of outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and committees to enhance service delivery, quality improvements, and professional development.
• Assume on-call responsibilities, providing support during and after program hours as assigned.

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
