Description
The prestigious New York Athletic Club, one of the world's premiere clubs, established in 1868 and located on Central Park South in Manhattan is seeking an On Call Room Attendant. The On Call Room Attendants should be available to work as needed and when called. Candidates should have a flexible schedule and available to work on holidays, weekends, and evening shifts. The candidate must be able to complete a room quota of 13 credits daily. Standards rooms are 1 credit, while larger rooms are 2 credits. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time during a 7-hour shift. Must be able to wipe down, clean and disinfect surfaces using cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Must be able to : use a vacuum, use dusting pole, clean bathtubs and shower stalls, toilets, and sinks. Sweep and mop floors, organize and maintain a working cart and closet. Must be able to remove dirty linens from beds and replace them with clean sheets. Place dirty linen in the laundry bins. Replenish guest room amenities including but not limited to bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, and mouthwash dispensers.
"On call" Room Attendants are required to work 7-hour shifts, with ยฝ -hour break time while completing the quota of 13 credits.
