Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in person in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats efficiently
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members

  • Resolve client concerns and negotiate solutions when needed

Requirements
  • A valid Property & Casualty license is required, or willing to obtain
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
