Work EnvironmentFlexible, on-demand staging at various propertiesPrimarily works on specific projects or homes
Employer & Industry UsageUsed by staging companies or real estate agents for quick setupsEmployed by staging companies or independently for home presentations

On Call Model Home Staging involves providing flexible, on-demand staging services without necessarily holding certifications, often for multiple properties. In contrast, a Model Home Stager typically works on specific projects, may have formal credentials, and focuses on preparing homes for sale or display. Both roles are essential in real estate marketing but differ mainly in flexibility and certification requirements.

Is there a demand for home staging?

There is consistent demand for home staging, especially in real estate markets where sellers seek to enhance property appeal and reduce time on the market. On call model home stagers who have good design skills and knowledge of current trends are often sought after by real estate agents and homeowners to prepare homes for sale.

How much do stagers get paid?

On call model home stagers typically earn between $25 and $75 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the scope of the project. Some stagers may also charge flat fees for specific staging services or consultations, with rates varying based on the size and complexity of the property.

How to get hired as a home stager?

To get hired as a home stager, develop a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and knowledge of current trends. Gaining experience through internships or assisting established stagers, obtaining relevant certifications, and understanding home decor and furniture arrangement can improve your chances of employment in the field.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

On Call Model Home Staging roles typically do not pay $4,000 weekly unless they involve high-volume or specialized projects, which are uncommon. Most staging jobs pay per project or hourly, and earning that level consistently usually requires extensive experience, a large client base, or running a business. High earnings in this field are rare without formal education or certifications in design or real estate.

  • Invest in growth: We approach business with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are intensely focused on progress, believing profitable growth is the path forward. We "invest, not spend," valuing impact and the efficient achievement of results.ย
  • Own the Outcome: We develop the most talented people, empowering them to offer a world-class experience to our clients. We deliver inspiring design in a reliable, organized and consistent manner that our clients and team can trust. We do this with a fanatical attention to detail, expecting perfection but accepting excellence.

  • Lead strategy on high-value or litigated claims in coordination with outside counsel, HR, and the Director of Safety & CI; conduct independent file reviews targeting aging and high-reserve cases.
  • Track and report structurally elevated cost items - including reserve levels, litigation posture, and EMR impact - on a quarterly basis.
Pre-Loss Documentation & Legal Defense
