Medication Tech – On-Call

TreVista Senior Living | Antioch, CA
On-Call | Hours & Days Vary

At TreVista Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Medication Techs play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and cared for. We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable On-Call Medication Tech to support our residents and care team as needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely assist with medication administration according to physician orders, resident care plans, and applicable requirements

  • Accurately document medication administration and maintain resident records

  • Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining their dignity and independence

  • Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members

  • Help create a positive, supportive environment where residents feel at home

What We’re Looking For
  • Required medication training, certification, or qualifications applicable to the position

  • Previous senior living, caregiving, or medication assistance experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation

  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, days, weekends, and holidays based on community needs
