On-Call Substitute Behavior Aide (Behavior Technician) – Flexible Schedule

?? Location: Positions available in Everett, Seattle, Marysville, Tukwila, Bellevue.
?? Start Date: ASAP / Immediate Needs
?? Schedule: On-Call / As-Needed (Substitute Role)
? Hours: 12-30 varies based on needs
?? Contract Length: 26-27SY and beyond!
?? Pay Rate: $27+/hour Based on experience

Great opportunity to gain school-based behavioral experience, build relationships, and expand your skill set working with students who need additional support. Think of this role as a stepping stone to a full-time role. Typically we see subs get offered full time cases in 6-9 Weeks of consistent subbing.

?? How Does it Work? 

This is an on-call substitute role, meaning you will be contacted to cover shifts as needs arise. What does that look like? Well, you'll get a call/text at around 7-8am and they'll ask if you can make it to a school by 9:00am or 9:30am. If you accept you work, log your time, and get paid! If not, well that's okay they'll call someone else.  

? Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with behavioral and educational goals
  • Implement behavior plans under the direction of school staff
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and behavioral specialists
  • Provide encouragement and support to promote student success
?? Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
  • CPR certification (if applicable)
  • TB screening / health clearance (if applicable)
  • Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
