Job description

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Requirements Engineering with strong expertise across key automotive domains.
  • This role will drive high-quality requirements definition, analysis, and validation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

  • Access / Start / Operator Functions
  • Cabin & Visibility
  • Infotainment & Connectivity
  • Driving Assistance & Chassis
  • Active Safety, Warnings & Parking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements development, analysis, and management across multiple automotive domains
  • Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with system and business needs
  • Collaborate with system, software, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support impact analysis, change management, and traceability
  • Drive best practices in requirements engineering and mentor junior engineers
  • Interface with stakeholders to clarify technical expectations and resolve gaps

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering within the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or other automotive standards is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
