What You’ll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm 
  • Manage multiple phone lines while providing outstanding customer service 
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician schedules 
  • Communicate with homeowners and help identify their comfort needs 
  • Provide a great first impression on every customer interaction 
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-up communication 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details 
  • Support our technicians and office team to keep daily operations running smoothly 
  • Educate customers on maintenance plans, services, and comfort solutions 
  • Reasonable On-Call Rotation for after hours and weekends
