The Director, Integrated Media Planning role is one of the most exciting and challenging positions within our organization. The Director will lead strategic media planning for a major regulated consumer brand pioneering a new era in the industry, where sophisticated audience segmentation, consumer insight, and strategic rigor are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex market dynamics and develop deeply thoughtful integrated strategies that shape the future of the category.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Own audience strategy and insights, translating consumer understanding into integrated media recommendations across all channels
โ€ข Develop comprehensive media strategy frameworks that align audience insights, messaging, and media mix across all touchpoints, from emerging platforms to foundational channels
โ€ข Oversee day-to-day planning operations and planning team, ensuring consistent quality delivery and continuous innovation
โ€ข Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and partner to stakeholders
โ€ข Champion emerging platforms and technologies, evaluating opportunities that create competitive advantage for clients

Qualifications

โ€ข 8+ years of integrated media planning experience

โ€ข Experience collaborating with media owners, agency business units and creative agency partners
โ€ข Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team; a strong desire and ability to grow and develop talent
โ€ข Advanced knowledge of media fundamentals and an ability to educate at all levels
โ€ข Strong comfort level with data, analytics, and measurement

New York: $90,000.00-$215,000.00
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
