The Opportunity:

As an Endless Rod Unit (ERU) Assistant Level 2 at Lifting Solutions, you will support field operations by independently handling more complex ERU setup and operation tasks, while continuing to provide on-site assistance to ERU Operators. You will work regularly in the field, contribute to safe, efficient job execution, and begin developing toward advanced operator responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist in the mobilization, setup, operation, and demobilization of ERU equipment at client locations.
  • Independently perform assigned operational tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Provide direct support to ERU Operators during rod installation and service activities.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting in the field.
  • Complete accurate field documentation, safety checklists, and service reports.
  • Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to prepare for future advancement within the ERU team.
Requirements:

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training is an asset.
  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years of relevant field or mechanical experience, preferably in oil and gas or artificial lift operations.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated ability to operate ERU equipment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to follow field protocols, safety standards, and client site requirements.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor environments with frequent travel to client sites.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license is required.
