The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a JV Soccer Head Coach for the upcoming season. This is a seasonal coaching position within a competitive CIF girls' soccer program.

We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing players at the foundational level while creating a positive and inclusive team culture. This role is essential in introducing student-athletes to the program and preparing them for future success within OLP Soccer.


Length of Work Year: Seasonal - Winter Sport

  • Ability to teach and motivate beginner to intermediate athletes
  • Commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and character building
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Prior soccer coaching experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of skill development and team concepts
  • Ability to positively impact and mentor female student-athletes

  • CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
  • Livescan background clearance
