Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shifts
• Help residents with personal hygiene
• Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Make resident's beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data
Required Qualifications:
Active STNA Credential
Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies
Rate:
0-1 Year: $17.50
2-5 Years: $18.50
6-14 Years: $23.25
15 Plus Years: $23.50
PRN Rate: $17.00
Shift Differentials:
Second Shift: 0.75/hour
Third Shift: 0.50/hour
Weekend Shift: $1.25/hour
Vent/Behavior Unit: 0.50/hour
Perfect Attendance: $1.00/hour
