  • Must have conversational English - verbal and written/read
  • Computer/electronic literate - trainings, paperwork, email/communication, time keeping, benefits and other employee systems
  • Must be able to provide 6 references when requested
  • Must be able to pass a National, State, and Local Criminal Background check
  • Must be able to provide valid I9 documents if hired

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in food processing a plus

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
  • We are a refrigerated process & pack line - all positions must be able to work in Cold, wet, and damp climates of 33°F-38°F for 8hrs
  • Exposure to loud noises
  • The requirement of the use of safety equipment when operating machinery that may include but will not be limited to protective clothing, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and safety shoes
  • Repetitive motions
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. safely
  • Lifting up to 35lbs
  • Standing for long periods of time, frequent twisting and bending, use of both hands, manual & finger dexterity for rolling/manipulating
  • Availability to work days, swing, evenings, and weekends as production needs require
