We are seeking a motivated and career-driven Store Manager Trainee to join our team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow into a Store Manager role. The trainee will receive hands-on training in store operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to build a long-term career in retail management.


Essential Job Functions

An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties:


  • Participate in all aspects of store operations and daily management activities
  • Learn and support staffing, scheduling, and team development
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and product ordering
  • Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Support cash handling, reporting, and loss prevention procedures
  • Analyze sales performance and assist in driving store results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture
  • Complete all assigned training programs successfully

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and drive store performance.
  • Ability to exert 10 lbs up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
