Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the oilfield services industry.
- Proven track record of managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
