Job description

Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth communication throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Sit at the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming, and friendly presence
  • Answer incoming phone calls, route calls to the correct staff, and take accurate messages
  • Greet and welcome visitors entering the building
  • Manage and maintain logbooks for all incoming and outgoing visitors
  • Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activity
  • Receive and handle incoming packages
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service to employees, vendors, and guests
  • Support general office operations as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, and basic office systems
  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience required


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00/hr.

Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts required
