  • Provide Leadership and Direction: lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, driving accountability, engagement, and results across the region.
  • Be Strategic: develop, implement, and monitor regional sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and growth initiatives to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Coach and Develop Talent: support team members throughout the sales process, including prospecting, relationship development, negotiation, closing, product knowledge, and margin management.

  • Travel Flexibility: ability and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
