ROLE
The Plunger Lift Sales and Service Representative position supports two product lines: Plunger Lift Systems and ReStream Solutions. This position is responsible for developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer.  On the sales side, the representative manages the daily activities of the assigned territory in a way that promotes company growth. On the service side, the representative delivers, installs, commissions, maintains, and troubleshoots both plunger lift and ReStream equipment in the field, ensuring reliable equipment performance and data quality. Success in this role requires excellent customer service skills both inside and outside the organization, along with the technical aptitude to support customers across both product lines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
PLUNGER LIFT SALES AND SERVICE

• Develop strong customer relationships. Identifies sales opportunities that will generate future sales and repeat business through direct prospecting, following leads, and networking.
• Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
• Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process
• Deliver presentations for field or engineering teams, as well as help with troubleshooting customers wells
• Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products; Works with internal resources to solve customer issues and service quality.

RESTREAM

• Rig up, rig down, test, and commission equipment on customer locations and perform service on customer wells.
• Perform and document scheduled calibrations and maintenance on equipment deployed in the field and held on standby.
• •Diagnoses and remediate issues affecting equipment performance and data quality.

FIELD SERVICE – BOTH PRODUCT LINES 

• Prepare equipment and tools for shipment to customer locations. 
• Deliver equipment and tools to location and complete corresponding BOLs. 
• Educate customers and 3rd party service companies on proper techniques and SOPs following delivery.
• Provide customer location visits to ensure products and services meet customer expectations.

SAFETY, ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATION

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and to other team members
• Complete all associated paperwork, reports, records, and correspondence accurately and on time.
• Promote and strictly adhere to all Company HSE policies and practices.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.
• Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• HS/GED
• Valid drivers license
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry preferred
• Strong data entry and reporting skills
• Available after hours/weekends/holidays on periodic basis
• Local travel required, travel outside of state on periodic basis for training

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• This position requires working primarily in the field in all types of weather conditions.  It requires working on rig sites where surface areas are often muddy or slippery. It also requires working around heavy machinery, mechanical equipment with moving parts and electrical equipment as well as exposure to loud noises and contaminants. The employee is regularly required to operate vehicles on company business and drive long distances on company business.
