About the Role

Costy’s Energy Services is hiring Water Truck Drivers for immediate placement in West Alexander, PA. This role is critical to our field operations and ideal for dependable CDL drivers who want steady work, competitive benefits, paid training, and to be home daily.

Drivers operate independently while working closely with dispatch and field crews to safely transport and manage fluids at customer locations throughout the region.


Daily Job Summary

You will independently and safely operate a water truck to:

  • Load and offload fluids using a vacuum truck pump
  • Transport water, drilling fluids, and residual waste between pickup and drop-off locations
  • Adhere to all company policies and customer site requirements
  • Maintain safe driving practices and proper load securement at all times
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and supervisors throughout the shift


Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport water, drilling fluids, and residual waste
  • Operate vacuum truck pumps and associated equipment
  • Rig up and rig down hoses at customer locations
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Maintain clean work areas and equipment
  • Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety standards
  • Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely


Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A or B required
  • Tanker Endorsement required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Prior water truck or oil & gas experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days or nights
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work outdoors
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must pass a drug test and comply with Federal DOT consortium requirements
