Lease Operator - Join Our Dynamic Team Near Dilley, TX!
Are you an experienced oilfield professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking dependable and skilled Lease Operators to play a vital role in maintaining production assets in Dilley, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team supporting cutting-edge oilfield operations on a 12+ month project. What You'll Do:
As a Lease Operator, you will be at the forefront of production oversight, utilizing advanced SCADA/Cygnet systems to monitor equipment and identify issues proactively. Your expertise with Plunger Lift Systems will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining smooth operations. You'll collaborate with supervisors and team leads, gather and input production data using eVIN software, and ensure all operating procedures are followed accurately, helping to optimize asset performance.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years' oilfield experience, specifically with Plunger Lift Systems
  • Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift operations
  • Proficiency with SCADA/Cygnet systems and production software (eVIN)
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and production issues
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional experience with other oilfield equipment or automation systems
