Requirements:
  • Experience with lift kit installation or willingness to learn
  • Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot vehicles of various make and model
  • Basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels and rotating tires
  • Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills to communicate with Service Director, service department staff and customers as needed
  • Ability to work independently without much supervision and handle high volume jobs quickly and efficiently
  • Perform all repairs and multi-point inspections to meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
  • Ensure top quality service for every customer
  • Maintain work space and keep all personal and company-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals and objectives
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license with less than 2 moving violations
  • ASE certification is a plus, but not required
  • Own tools
