Job Title: Sr. Sales Account Manager-Oil & Gas Industry

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Full-time 
 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Director / Sales Leader to drive new business growth and order bookings across strategic Oil & Gas enterprise accounts in the Houston market. This role is responsible for hunting new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and closing large digital transformation deals centered around SAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with strong SAP ecosystem experience, capable of building C-level relationships and consistently delivering multi-million-dollar bookings and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Drive net-new business acquisition within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue large digital transformation opportunities across enterprise clients.
  • Build and execute account penetration strategies to open new buying centers.

Order Booking & Revenue Growth

  • Own and deliver annual order booking targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead complex deal pursuits involving SAP transformation, cloud modernization, and digital integration programs.
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression.

Strategic Account Expansion

  • Develop deep relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Digital Officers, and business leaders.
  • Expand footprint within key enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell of SAP, cloud, and digital services.
  • Position the organization as a trusted partner for enterprise transformation initiatives.

SAP & Digital Transformation Sale: Drive opportunities across:

  • SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
  • SAP BTP and Integration Suite initiatives
  • Cloud migration and modernization
  • Enterprise application modernization
  • API-led and integration-driven digital platforms

Executive Engagement

  • Lead executive discussions, transformation workshops, and strategic solution positioning.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and alliance partners (SAP, hyperscalers) to structure winning proposals.

Required Experience

  • 10โ€“18 years of enterprise sales or account management experience within technology services or consulting.
  • Proven success delivering significant order bookings and revenue growth in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong experience selling SAP solutions, digital transformation services, or enterprise cloud programs.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning large transformation deals ($5M+).
  • Experience selling into Oil & Gas / Energy companies, preferably within the Houston ecosystem.
