• Lead successful execution and delivery of large-scale digital projects within the oil and gas industry.
• Manage implementation and full lifecycle delivery of real-time systems used for production monitoring.
• Oversee systems supporting artificial lift surveillance and production optimization.
• Lead implementation teams and coordinate closely with production engineers, field supervisors, customers and executives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
• Lead stakeholder communication and project governance activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Ensure customer requirements are translated into successful project outcomes.
• Maintain alignment between customer expectations and organizational strategic objectives.
• Drive high-quality project delivery from planning through implementation and completion.
