Partner with the best

As a Wireline Field Crew Lead II, you will be fully competent in all aspects of engineering duties at the well site and at the shop. You will maintain the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well site operations and post-job duties as well as supervising training of junior operators.

As a Field Crew Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding broad direction, determining and developing resolutions to an assortment of problems encountered at the well sites.
  • Managing a team of two or more Field Operators.
  • Overseeing and assigning training and competencies, verifying and approving time sheets, expenses, DOT files, on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and/or production facility.
  • Providing record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
  • Advising Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other well site analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Managing crew and equipment at the well site and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
  • Being responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Maintaining records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.
  • Assisting with the training of assigned personnel incompletions operations and maintenance. Promotes and maintains good customer relations.
  • Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a University Degree in Engineering and 1 + year of Wireline experience,
  • OR a two (2) year Technical Associates Degree and 3+ years of Wireline experience
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of Wireline experience
