The Role

As our Food Service Worker, you will play an integral part of maintaining our guest service and generating sales. Your role will include food preparation, food cooking, limiting waste, time management, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, store, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ongoing promotion awareness and product knowledge
  • Effective time management getting the proper food out for guests at the proper time
  • Uphold all food service guidelines when serving food
  • Monitor and limit food waste
  • Practicing safe food handling techniques; proper hygiene, no cross contamination, proper cleaning techniques, etc.
  • Safety practices: attention to spills, proper lifting techniques, and immediately reporting incidents to management

Working environment and physical demands

This active role operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase. The position requires regular talking and hearing and physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, couching, crawling, and climbing. The successful candidate will lift and/or move items over 50 pounds and must have specific vision abilities.

Hours of Work

Depending on availability and scheduling, this position offers day, evening and weekend shifts.
