Business is BOOMING and we are seeking reliable oil change technicians to join our team. As an oil change technician, you will be responsible for visual inspecting vehicles for recommended services and performing oil changes in a fast-paced, full-service automotive shop and quick lube.  The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team.  No experience required; but a positive attitude is a must!  
Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on customer vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform visual inspections of vehicles and recommend additional services, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services performed and parts used.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all work is performed efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards.
·       Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·       Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
 
Requirements:

·       Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
·       Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
·       Work with other members of the team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
·       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
