Responsibilities Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint inspections on customer vehicles. Maintain legal, financial, and ethical standards to protect the dealership. Support and assist coworkers to foster team success. Identify and suggest improvements to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction. Ensure efficient productivity and cost control measures. Keep vehicles and work areas clean and safe during service. Follow OSHA and EPA safety and environmental regulations at all times. Job Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record according to company policy. Local state inspection license is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Capability to lift at least 100 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools and equipment. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching is necessary. Good visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Safe operation of equipment and movement of vehicles required. Competencies Demonstrates ethical behavior and fosters teamwork. Adheres to company policies, laws, and regulations. Provides excellent customer service efficiently and fairly.
