Resident Monitor

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. VOAOHIN is dedicated to helping those in need rebuild their lives and reach their full potential. As an organization stretching across Ohio and Indiana we have over 1000 committed and compassionate employees working in multiple impact areas.

The Resident Monitor position will be responsible for monitoring the activities of residents and ensuring their compliance with program rules and conditions. This position ensures the safe custody and accountability of all the clients while maintaining a clean, safe and orderly facility.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with one year of experience in a related field. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The ability to demonstrate positive leadership skills and maintain composure during crisis situations is required. Experience in a residential setting preferred.
