Job description

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team at our Lindstrom, MN location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily troubleshooting of production floor issues.
  • Non-Conforming Material management – quarantine/disposition/reworking as applicable.
  • Measurement experience is necessary, helpful to have experience with basic measurement tools (calipers), Keyence/OGP Vision Systems, Color Eye
  • Product/Process Support documentation creation and inspection process development/improvement
  • Calibration; All duties including scheduling, coordinating, performing, and record keeping.
  • Receiving Inspection – setup, performing, record keeping
  • Creating Certs for finished products, SPC data, CoC & CoA data.
  • Quality Support (PPAP, FAIs, NCM, CAPA, Quality Alerts, Pictures)
  • Must have ISO 9001 quality system and blueprint reading experience.
  • Computer experience necessary – helpful to have experience in Excel, IQMS, Minitab, Customer-Specific internet-based portals
  • Operator / QC Personnel Training
  • Quality Inspector Backup

Experience:

  • Quality Control: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
