Job Title: Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes using advanced CAD/CAM software. This role supports end-to-end production activities, ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and compliance with customer specifications. The engineer collaborates with customers and cross-functional internal teams to deliver accurate designs, efficient manufacturing programs, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes using CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks, ESPRIT, ANVIL, and PTC Creo.
  • Read, interpret, and review blueprints and technical drawings to develop accurate manufacturing programs aligned with customer requirements.
  • Monitor manufacturing operations to identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and reduce waste.
  • Review and validate drafting and blueprints prepared by other engineers and approve designs for production.
  • Evaluate materials, tools, and manufacturing methods to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and process effectiveness.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to explore alternative solutions, assessing potential benefits and risks.
  • Collaborate with customers to discuss design specifications, modifications, production challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including production control, technicians, engineers, sales, and quality inspectors, via written communication, calls, emails, and in-person discussions.
  • Prepare complex designs, detailed technical drawings, and comprehensive production plans.
