What We're Looking for in a Logistics Specialist III?

  • Contractor must possess a valid driver's license; must be able to drive a government vehicle.
  • Contractor shall be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb a single flight of stairs multiple times a day.
  • Receive, store, and issue general and medical supplies and equipment using multiple automated computing systems and hard copy files. Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. in the performance of this task. Approximately 50 requests per week.
  • Provide routine warehouse duties and responsibilities to include customer notifications, customer assistance, answering phone and e-mail inquiries. Approximately 30 inquiries per day.
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack. (TO Deliverable 7) (Verification of certification training is required)
