Job Summary:
FranConnect supports franchisors and multi-location brands with tools used daily by managers, employees, and operators in the field. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of FranConnect’s mobile products, focusing on solving the right problems for various user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Own the product vision and roadmap for FranConnect’s mobile experiences
• Define and prioritize solutions for field-first, daily-use workflows
• Balance the needs of managers, employees, and franchise stakeholders
• Partner with Design to shape intuitive, consistent mobile experiences
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant mobile solutions
• Use data, customer feedback, and business context to define problems and measure outcomes
• Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goals
• Present mobile strategy, decisions, and results to customers and product leadership
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience owning mobile products or mobile-first workflows
• Strong product judgment in complex, multi-user environments
• Ability to make tradeoffs and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
