What is an offshore manager?

Offshore Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the operations, safety, and personnel on offshore installations such as oil rigs, platforms, or vessels. They ensure that all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, coordinate between onshore and offshore teams, and manage emergency response procedures. Offshore Managers play a key leadership role, supervising staff, maintaining productivity, and ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of the offshore site.

To thrive as an Offshore Manager, you need expertise in offshore operations, safety regulations, project management, and typically a degree in engineering or a related field.
