Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Olathe, KS. This onsite, entry-level role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of warehouse experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in logistics and supply chain operations, with the potential for permanent placement for high performers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support through internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency, comprising approximately 80% of daily tasks.
  • Support shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse environment.
  • Spend about 20% of the workday on feet, walking, and assisting with logistics coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly update relevant databases.
