Java Lead
• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience using Java.
• 5+ years working with Java technologies including web services development on cloud platforms (AWS or Cloud Foundry/Kubernetes).
• 4+ years of experience with the Spring framework and building cloud applications (Pivotal CF or AWS preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (Redis, DynamoDB, or Aurora preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in ETL for data processing, with Tableau or Power BI for visualization; ML experience preferred.
• Strong background in production support and triage activities.
• Excellent design, coding, and debugging skills.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand product and technical requirements.
• Leads the design, development, customization, and rollout of software and web applications.
• Oversees and contributes to technical documentation, evaluation plans, test results, and formal reports.
• Partners with QA to validate requirements and track performance metrics.
• Maintains flexibility for variable work schedules and additional responsibilities.
• Provides production support for platform and backend applications, including ticket review, log monitoring, issue triage, and data research.
