Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic AI Digital Product Lead to serve as the central leader on our AI-enabled consulting engagements. This role is the primary strategic and technical liaison between 10Pearls and our clients, blending product ownership, solution strategy, and delivery leadership.

You will be responsible for guiding the client's vision from concept to execution, shaping the technical direction of AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between client stakeholders and our offshore engineering teams. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and AI/ML technology.

This role requires a leader who can seamlessly bridge strategy and execution, using strong communication and technical skills to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building trusted relationships and guiding key decisions.
  • Lead daily client syncs and periodic deep-dive sessions to align on progress, priorities, and evolving goals.
  • Proactively manage expectations, identify risks, and communicate solution trade-offs, timelines, and value clearly.

Product Vision & Ownership

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and definition of success for the AI solution.
  • Translate complex client problems into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Validate solution outputs to ensure they deliver high-quality, actionable results that meet strategic objectives.

Technical & Analytical Guidance

  • Define the high-level technical approach, including data structures, AI/ML techniques, and integration architecture.
  • Provide hands-on analytical insight to guide feature development and model refinement.
  • Review technical outputs and translate non-technical client feedback into actionable engineering tasks.

Delivery Leadership & Team Coordination

  • Lead daily standups with the offshore team (PM/BA, AI Engineers, Developers, QA) to provide direction and unblock progress.
  • Translate client needs into structured tasks, specifications, and sprint priorities.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-schedule delivery by maintaining clear communication and alignment across all teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years in a digital product leadership role (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Lead) with a proven track record of delivering complex software products.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services capacity, managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or data-intensive products, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading distributed or offshore development teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze data sets, derive insights, and make data-driven product decisions.

Preferred:

  • Experience building or managing decision-support systems, analytical engines, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to review code (e.g., Python, SQL), discuss architecture, and build quick proofs-of-concept.
  • Deep domain expertise is not required; we value the ability to rapidly analyze and master unfamiliar domains.
  • Background in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology consultancy.
