Job Title: Tech Lead / Electrical Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

Duration: Fulltime and Onsite from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven Technical Leadership to deliver projects/outcomes by working with clients and offshore teams.
  • Experience in working with Device testing / Prototype testing, Automation and Devops (CI & CD) using Python
  • Get requirements from multiple Client’s teams and deliver the outcome by working with offshore teams.
  • Excellent problem solving & Communication skills.
  • Cross functional experience in Firmware, Hardware
  • Ability to lead with no supervision.
  • Driven & Proactive.
  • Experience with camera, sensor, LED, or display testing and calibration will be preferred.
  • Electrical Engineering education is Mandatory. 
  • Consider computer science background only if candidate has device engineering experience.

 Must Have:

skill sets:

  • Strong Software/firmware skills (a software engineer with experience on low level hardware, any RTOS, HW communication protocols like I2C, SPI will be great additions)
  • C++ & Python
  • System verification, testing (any testing experience/interest) & automation.
  • Device testing experience
  • Electrical engineer preferred.
  • 70-80% hands on role
  • 20-30% offshore team co-ordination
