Offshore Structural Integrity Engineer (Topsides)
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of offshore engineering as an Offshore Structural Integrity Engineer, specializing in Topsides. This critical role offers the opportunity to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of offshore structures in a fast-paced, challenging environment. What You'll Do:
  • Lead structural integrity assessments and evaluations for topside modules on offshore platforms.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans.
  • Analyze structural data, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to enhance safety and performance.
  • Monitor ongoing integrity programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Handle multiple priorities efficiently in a high-pressure offshore environment.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in offshore structural engineering, specifically with topside modules.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software and integrity assessment tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in offshore safety standards (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
