Tavant is looking for Onshore BPM (Camunda)/ React JS/Drools/ Java/ AWS Engineer to join our progressive information technology team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize your collaborative skills to work with business partners, IT managers/staff, to ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of applications.
Primary responsibilities are focused on the Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of leading-edge solutions.
Requirements gathering, estimation, and planning.
Coordinate with offshore team.
Lead Technical discussions with customer and collaborate with onshore and offshore Business Analyst.
Perform Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of code to defined deadlines and exacting standards.
Leverage your analytical skills to create technical solutions for business processes.
Required Competencies:
5+ years' of experience in development using BPM tools with 2+ years in Camunda
5+ years of experience in React JS or equivalent Javascript frameworks like Angular
10+ years' experience with end-to-end design and development using Java
2+ years of experience in Drools or equivalent rules engine
3+ years of experience in AWS technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, Step function, ECS/ EKS, and Terraform
2+ years of experience with Spring Boot applications
Experience working with relational data bases such as Oracle, proficient in SQL
Experience in design patterns and managing the design life cycle in an Internet enterprise environment
Experience with Micro Services Architectures
Interest in learning and applying new technologies and concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy contributing in a team environment Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy making a difference in the business through your technical contributions
Ability to think creatively, stimulate new ideas and challenge existing thinking.
Good to Have Competencies:
Build and support CI/CD pipelines
Educational Requirements:
