**Oliver Inc. **isseeking an experienced **Offset Pressman Operator **to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of press operations from setup to production, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications.

Shifts: 2nd (3 pm to 11:30 pm)

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Pressman Operator, you will:

  • Set up, operate, and run offset printing presses to meet production and quality standards

  • Perform make-ready, color matching, and press adjustments throughout production runs

  • Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments as needed

  • Follow job tickets and production schedules while maintaining efficiency

  • Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition
