Unarmed Security Officer - Residential Community
Pay: $14hr
Location: 
Houston, TX 77098 (Upper Kirby Area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Overnight, 40 hours/week 

  • Sunday: 4:30pm - 12:30am
  • Monday: 4:30pm - 12:30am
  • Tuesday: 4:30pm - 12:30am
  • Wednesday: 4:30pm - 12:30am
  • Thursday: 4:30pm - 12:30am

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. The primary role is to ensure the safety and security of a restaurant, its patrons, and properties by preventing theft, vandalism, loitering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols on foot and golf cart, including common areas, parking lots, and building perimeters.
  • Document and report all incidents of theft, vandalism, or suspicious activities to management.
  • Approach and engage with individuals who are loitering to ensure they adhere to policies.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and enforcement actions.
  • Prepare incident reports and submit them to management in a timely manner.
  • Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence

Requirements: 
  • Active Level II Commissioned Security License or the abilitiy to obtain one.
  • Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
