Job description

Our private dental office in the St. Louis region is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team and help drive the continued success of our practice. We are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors, and we're looking for a strong leader who shares that commitment.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, lead and motivate both front-office and clinical team members, monitor key performance indicators, and help implement systems to improve efficiency, organization, and patient satisfaction. If you are a detail-oriented dental professional with a passion for leadership, team development, and practice growth, we'd love to hear from you.
