Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly.

This role is a mix of customer service, organization, and day-to-day office support. You don't need advanced experience-we will train you-but you do need to be comfortable using technology and figuring things out.


What You'll Do

Customer Service (Very Important)

  • Answer phones and speak with customers professionally
  • Respond to inquiries and help direct requests
  • Follow up with customers when needed
  • Create a positive, helpful experience


Office & Admin Tasks

  • Schedule appointments and update calendars
  • Keep files and paperwork organized
  • Help manage office supplies


Paperwork & Data Entry

  • Enter information into systems
  • Help review timesheets for payroll
  • Assist with basic billing and job information
  • Keep records clean and up to date


Hiring & Employee Support

  • Help with new hire paperwork
  • Schedule interviews
  • Keep employee files organized
