  • Management of multiple conference rooms including set up and maintenanceย ย 
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of break rooms and pantry areas on both office floors.
  • Provide back-up of front desk as needed.ย ย 
  • Restock beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, paper products, and other pantry items as needed
  • Assist with scheduled refrigerator cleanouts and communicate cleanout needs as directed.
  • Assist with inventory tracking for pantry and office supplies.
  • Receive and verify office and pantry supply orders against receipts, packing slips, or vendor documentation.
  • Organize supply rooms and maintain clearly designated storage areas.
  • Monitor and maintain printers and designated office equipment on both floors.
  • Assist with placing and coordinating approved catering orders including set up and clean up.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and professional shared spaces.
  • Ensure employee-facing and visitor-facing spaces remain presentation-ready throughout the business day.
  • Assist with receiving and verifying office supply and pantry vendor deliveries.

General Expectations

  • Proactively complete routine office walkthroughs without requiring daily reminders.
  • Maintain awareness of the office calendar and anticipate meeting or event setup needs.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive meeting setups, conference room resets, and office operational needs.
  • Communicate proactively regarding low inventory, equipment issues, incomplete deliveries, or facility concerns.

  • Previous related experience preferred
  • Professional presence in both demeanor and appearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and general computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
