Job description

The Regional Service Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support across branches within the assigned region.

Work Location: Calgary, AB.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually.
Work Arrangement: Fixed on site – working 5 days per week from the office.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

  • Procurement & Purchasing: Process and manage purchase orders, source materials for branches, ensure policy compliance, and complete credit card reconciliations accurately and on time.
  • Administrative Operations: Provide regional administrative support including travel bookings, meeting coordination, call handling, onboarding support, safety training tracking, asset coordination with IT, and document management.
  • Service Support: Administer service-related work orders from creation through invoicing and claim submission. Process monthly Preventative Maintenance billing, maintain centralized claim documentation, and support Regional Service Coordinators with work order flow and compliance.
  • Systems & Tools: Use AP and ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and OEM portals to support procurement, service administration, and reporting.
