Description:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The Construction Project Manager works closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to successfully execute construction projects.
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience in retail, fuel stations, or convenience store construction highly preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling.
Proficiency in project mgmt..software, ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Additional Info:
Ability to travel frequently to job sites
Ability to walk active construction sites and climb ladders as needed.
This is an in office position, remote work not available.
